It has been finished with a conditioning and finishing oil to protect and preserve it. There are beautiful aged brass handles and the drawers all work smoothly. The piece has beautiful intricate carvings and is a one of a kind beauty. Would look beautiful in a period home or a home looking to add some interesting character.
